Our Team

Na Yin is a labor and health economist specializing in work disability and Social Security disability programs. She is Associate Professor at the Austin W. Marxe School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College. She also holds a faculty position at the CUNY Graduate Center and serves as a CIDR Faculty Associate.

Ruth Finkelstein is an internationally recognized expert in urban aging. She is the Rose Dobrof Executive Director of the Brookdale Center for Healthy Aging at Hunter College, and a professor at the School of Urban Public Health and in the Roosevelt Public Policy Institute.

Teresa Ghilarducci is a labor economist and nationally recognized expert in retirement security. She has written six books in the field. Ghilarducci is the Irene and Bernard L. Schwartz Chair in Economic Policy Analysis in the Economics Department at the New School for Social Research. She is the director of the Schwartz Center for Economic Policy Analysis.
